Chad and Tyler seemed to have a good bit of chemistry this year, and they seemed to connect on a lot of 3rd down and long yardage plays.

Who do you guys think out of the new guys coming in will be the go-to receiver?

I haven't seen much on him but my inclination is to assume Fred Ross, since he's the highest rated WR from the recruiting class.

Others are Jeremy Chapelle, BJ Hammond, Donald Gray, De'Runnya Wilson, Artimas Samuel, Shelby Christy

I know we have WRs on roster who could be the go-to receiver but I'm already familiar with Joe Morrow and Jameon Lewis...more interested in discussing the new kids on the block.

Hopefully Jameon but probably Gray.

Eta: nevermind. Just read the OP.

I expect Gray, Ross, and Chappelle to all get significant pt this fall, but I doubt any will be go to guys year 1. Maybe Chapelle. Robert Johnson is the most poised to lead out WRs next year.

Yea, 2012 Bump.

I was really talking about QB to WR connection. Who would Russell like to throw to the most for whatever reason?

I think Chapelle looks good on fade routes and jump balls. But I don't know if that's where Russell likes to go most of the time. I think Ross or Gray might be more of the underneath and post route runners that Russell tends to throw.

Were not going to have a receiver problem. The guys are young, but theyre talented. My concern is at running back and the defensive side of the ball. will we even have a defense this year?

Relf apparently never knew Bump was on his team.

Even with Griff out, arguably our best position.

I think the concerns with the rushing attack are more on the O-line than anything else. Robinson and Milton were excellent in my opinion. Especially Milton.

So Autry, Nick James, Quay Evans and Chris Jones are gonna suck??
That's just the big ones on Collins plate.. I guess Deshea Townsend Isn't a real coach? What's your reason, Alter??

whuttttt?

We should be pretty damn good on D- our DL should be vastly improved, LB's are good, and our safeties should be solid. I think our CB's will come around

RoJo has the most talent
Jameon is dangerous but too many drops
Morrow could be the man but he is timid and is still learning the playbook- sight adjustments are a weakness

We are going to adjust the offense to run the ball more- we are not going to count on these 3 guys and Malcolm Johnson to be half of our offense

Malcolm Johnson will have a monster year with Brewster now emphasizing how good of a talent he is.

will be dependent on how much our DL improves or actually live up to the hype.

I'm a big Milton fan. He should get the rock a good bit w/ Griffin out...I expect him to have a breakthrough summer.

I have a feeling that Milton is gonna show up to fall camp lookin like Adrian Peterson.

I agree. Would love to see Tyler Russell under center more in a single back I-formation handing the ball off to Milton instead of a shotgun draw formation. The RB is already 5yds behind the line of scrimmage w/ no momentum. I'd like to see more of a power run game offense especially against the non-conf teams. Run formations more like Lsu and Bama.

did he even play again after the LSU fumble?

There's a rumor he may transfer because he aint gonna get any carries behind JRob and Perkins. Griffen will be back by September or so. Plus Shumpert coming in now.

Should be some shake out after the Spring...we have to have some attrition also or we wont be able to sign but 15 guys next Feb
