The game I think you are referring to is the Texas A&M game where he would have had sure touchdowns with Bell and Cooper had he put more touch on his throws. Keep in mind he had sustained a shoulder injury on his throwing arm just two weeks before when he played Mississippi State. That arm wasn't back to normal until the Iron Bowl and it wasn't 100% again until the Notre Dame game in January.

Fair enough, I know he has been hurt at times that the general public didn't much know about. Still, though, even at his best, I would prefer a bit more zip on the ball.

Again, I never was a QB even at the PeeWee level, so my opinion might be worthless. I've been told that before plenty of times.
