Keep checking on the YA thing... I can assure you the Hartman Fund Deadline is a "soft" deadline at best. The UGAAA kept it on the downlow but they sold a coupla hundred non-renewable season tix last year...

Talk to someone on the phone in the AD (877-423-2947) who seems friendly(they really want to help), tell them your situation, get their name & I think you might be surprised how helpful they are...
