Well, the other players will know what really went down. If they have a problem with him, they won't be able to work together. If this is the case, I'd dismiss him. If he stays, there has to be major punishment and probably a public acknowledgement/apology or this will continue to affect Auburn's recruiting.

Texas had a player who put the n-word on facebook a few years page. Immediately kicked off the team.
