Even if the Big 12 folds in a dozen years or so, UT will have plenty of options to pursue and they won't have to go looking for them.

Is this before or after Beverly Kearney's lawyer finishes raping their athletic department?

We would have never left if that was the case.

Texas seems to have lived by the rules in the Big 12 - its just that all the rules are skewed in their favor

The money that they fought over in teh Big 12 was peanuts anyway. If they were to join the SEC it would be for an equal share of a much larger pie (rather than the biggest piece of a small pie)

Bev K is doing the athlete dept a huge favor. Her actions will lead to the early departure of Deloss Dodds, Mack Brown, and a lot of other dead weight in the department. The amount of money that will be required to cure Bev's claims against the University will not be a detriment in going forward with a new athletic director and football coach.

FIFY. Her attorney has requested discovery to not only include the athletic department, but the university as a whole, for her discrimination and disparate treatment claims.
