re: Is Bama better prepared for a Post-Saban era than it was for Post Bear?

If mal moore is still around and Saban leave's when the time is right and live's for a while after he retire's. I think what hurt the post bear era was he retired and then died. Then that all the bear wannabe's fighting over the bama job. I believe bama should go out and hire a solid coach who can coach above all else but enjoys recruiting and can handle the job. Sounds easy but I believe it will be hard to find.
