Wow I was so wrong with this, yet so happy to be.
Henderson really does add someting extra to us. I think if we can maintain a good level of play and stop from coming out flat like we did against Vandy; we will be able to compete for SEC Title as well as be a Tourney Team. Can't wait to see what this team and Marshall do for the rest of the season. This ride could be really fun!

If Marshall can learn to play defense half as good as he shoots he'd be a much better player.

Yeah I think that's why AK had him on the bench for awhile during that game

I don't think it was just us bring flat. I mean hell at one point Vandy had 35 points at had hit 11 threes.
I don't think we expected them to shoot that well and it threw us off. Big thing was finding a way to win.

well I udnderstand that but that's why I mentioned us being stuck in the 2-3 zone for too long and not switching to an agressive man2man to try and curb their hotstreak.
I still believe alot of that could have been stopped if only AK would have switched earlier.

I think some crow eating is in order for me too, I pretty much wrote this team off after the two losses and may have gone on a rant on a couple of threads here calling for AK's head and calling Marshall a douche etc.
Like I said then, I would be ecstatic if I'm wrong and I am!!!
Last night was a classic let down game after beating Mizzou and them making every shot that they threw up there and coming away with a win was HUGE.
