His recruitment is about as odd as I can remember. He seemed as close to a lock, as one can say, to Alabama. He could be a dynamic linemen in Alabama's scheme, play for championships, and be developed by one of the top staffs in the country. Not to mention he plays for a former Alabama player, in Mickey Conn, or spent more time on Alabama's campus than any prospect in recent memory. But alas, blood is thicker than water. I guess no one could have really predicted that Denzel Nkemdiche would excel as much as he has at Ole Miss.

The arrogance from posts like this is ridiculous. Every team works toward Championships. If Ole Miss, Vandy and MS State get recruiting classes like Alabama has for the past 6 years, they would compete for championships too. Yes Saban is a good coach, but he gets the best players. OM and A&M could replace Bama and LSU at the top perennially with consecutive top 10 recruiting classes.

Very arrogant and equally as clueless. Just because Mickey Conn is a Gump and him having a #1 R. ranking those idiots cannot fathom a player of Robert's stature going anywhere else other than Tuscaloosa.. It's about 80% delusion and 20% to russle the jimmies of other schools' fans..
