Twenty-one non SEC teams across the country won ten or more games this year including Oregon, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Stanford, Florida State, Clemson, Kansas State, Louisville, Oklahoma, Utah State, Northwestern, Boise State, San Jose State, Northern Illinois, and Nebraska. Ratings are as high as ever. Yeah, college football is in decline..... Get off your soapbox dumb arse.
