response wasnt used when Shump committed to State? Very proud of everyone for not jumping to that conclusion when I still don't understand how that happened. Kid grew up an OM fan, we have all the momentum, State loses Melvin and Wilson, we have the better town, facilities, women, culture, tradition... Yet he chose State. I don't understand it, but I'm biased. I'm just proud of everyone not jumping on the " they cheated button"

I really could care less about Shump. He wants to play a position most dont think he'll be best at. Good pickup for MSU.

Shumpert and KM were always going to play at different colleges (was even said by Shumpert in an interview a while ago). With KM now going to OM, Shumpert to State isnt all that surprising

Shumpert is a great player and Wommack would've made him into a badass LB ... Seems like he wants to play RB and he'll get the chance at State after Perkins leaves next season ... Good luck to him
