Something has to change.

When you have an 8 win season but it obvious to everyone that what you are doing is wrong. Then it's time to make some changes. Will this be the answer? I don't know, that's his job.

O-Coordinator and play caller is what he did and most proven but how can you do both? Gonna have to give some control somewhere. Some coaches make it work at the college level.

I will be watching and even buying some tickets.

Mullens is head coach, offensive coordinator, and special teams coordinator. Seems like a good idea to me

Ill use the UAB game last year as an example. Les calls first half plays and we look like shite. Mullen is seen on camera screaming at him upstairs telling him to get his head out of his arse and Mullen takes over play calling in second half. First half we look like shite, second half we blow them out.

If true Mullen getting a 1 year contract extension to max him out to 4 years.
