If 7-5 doesn't save Pinkel's job then I feel bad for the guy. A program like Mizzou shouldn't have unrealistic expectations.

I love Mizzou btw, some of my lady's family lives in Columbia and it is a great town. I always enjoy my time there and I'm even thinking of doing grad work at Mizzou, so I'm not hating.

But Pinkel shouldn't be expected to move mountains in only the second year in a new conference.

Stonehog,

It's not so much expectations, as much as it is his seeming lack of willingness to adapt to the game around him. The SEC is a different animal, he's stubborn to concede that fact.
