Slive suspended Bruce Pearl for 8 SEC games for lying to the NCAA about cooking hot dogs for high school juniors. Once again, he set a precedent for his less favored teams that he is not willing to live up to for his favored teams. And does the SEC really need to be enforcing NCAA rules, when the NCAA comes along and enforces their own rules a few months later for the same actions?
