The NEZ is larger than the south, and there's more obstacles, so the expansion there will be a more challenging build.

On the plus side, it will hold more suites, club seating, and general admission seats than the SEZ addition.

I expect the NEZ to be more open than the SEZ. I hope to see balconies instead of the faux Tiger Stadium look the SEZ will sport.
