Yes, there are flaws. But based on the limited information given from the site, the person who put it together did pretty well.

Good job trying to think of a way to make the results subjective, but I think it makes more sense to take the results on what they are and just stick to the ratings or number of viewers.
With that being said, USC's avg rating is higher than UGA's even though their state is twice as populated and they have 10's of thousands of more alum.
