Read a book about him when I was 9 or so that inspired me a great deal given a very similar background and problems. One of his self training things he did was to take an old tire and tied a rope around it and then to his waist and run like hell so I did the same and as a fullback it made the inside grind much easier on me. After trying to mimic his training for a few years it was nothing to drag 3 or 4 folks an extra 5 yards. He is everything a legend should be and at 50 is still a beast. Here's to herschel

It says 4:00PM on Directv. That is in Alabama so it would be 5 for you guys. Check your TV guides
