Are you saying you are scared he wont be able to recruit being he is very young and inexperienced? Are you scared other coaches on the staff won't listen to him for this reason and cause friction?

I'm not confident he will accomplish those things yes. I would like this hire if his title was different. And ultimately I do think he will just mimic Gus. Which you can't argue works on the field.
