This is from another post I made tonight but numbers don't lie. Te'o is more like Ogletree than Jones. Last time I checked Ints were not the most important stat especially for a LB.

Jarvis Jones (11 games)
TFL - 22.5 (1st in the nation)
Tackles - 77 (not in top 100)
FF - 7 (1st)
Sacks - 12.5 (4th)
Int - 1 (not in the top 100)

Manti Te'o (12 games)
TFL - 5.5 (not in the top 100)
Tackles - 103 (60th)
FF - 0 (not in the top 100)
Sacks - 1.5 (not in the top 100)
Int - 7 (2nd)

Alec Ogletree (9 games)
TFL - 8.5 (not in the top 100)
Tackles - 98 (74th)
FF - 0 (not in the top 100)
Sacks - 2 (not in the top 100)
Int - 1 (not in the top 100)

Heard he was getting an ESPY for that unbelievable goal line stand.

I'm going out on a limb and guessing Tino Sunseri had a lot to do with Teo's interception stat line.

These stats put DT's stats into perspective.

I am convinced DT was a damn alien put on Earth to kill quarterbacks.
