SEC office will wait till it blows over and everyone forgets about it
They will come out with a release on Christmas day saying Dial will not be suspended

Why would they need a press release when he obviously shouldn't be suspended and no rational person is expecting it?
It'd be like having a press release to announce Eddie Lacy won't be suspended. Yeah, well.. duh.
