Everyone sees that flaw in his game except you.

I see plenty of flaws in his game, but when you compare him to a lot of other CBs nationally you're happy to have him.

Fulton has 5 PBUs this year and he isn't even a starter. Those are really pedestrian stats for a guy who has started and been thrown at in every game this season.

But Fulton has played a lot this year. Early we used his Nickel package a lot, he started against WKU, eventually we used his Nickel package sparingly, we started using it more again, then he got hurt. Geno is playing Star now, and that allows us to keep Milliner outside.

I think that's a weak argument, "compare him to worse players and he's good". It could be worse isn't exactly a fruitful truth, whether or not Belue is better than other players in the country.

He plays CB for how good of an athlete he is, not how good of a shutdown player he is. Yes, there are tons of players that are like that and still worse than Belue, but that doesn't put Belue as a top CB.
