When a great coach like Mike Shula has your team disciplined enough to lead the SEC in fewest penalties, while your fledgling SEC coach has you in the middle of the conference, yet when he takes the reins of Shula's team, they also are the conference's least penalized team, it put's a bad taste in your mouth.
We almost made it through the entire thread without an LSU fan pulling the "ref conspiracy" shite.

Not a conspiracy.

Human nature. People are subjective. Period.

When two thirds of your officials reside in a certain area, and are hired as consultants in the off season, there will be subconcious effects.

It's not Alabama or its fans fault that this is the case, but it does exist. Hopefully, it's a natural progression that my lifetime will eventually eliminate.

We didn't have replay, then we got replay, now we have it with high definition. We used to have frequent split championships, then we got the BCS, and soon we will have the precursor to a true playoff.

There are a few educated people, even some Alabama fans, that can understand these points mentioned above and within this post.

Unfortunately, they don't frequent these discussions.
