Most everyone believes that while Florida has the best resume, they are not one of the "two best teams!" in the country. That is why they are not in the top 2 in the AP, Coaches, or Harris Poll. Has nothing to do with them not being conference champion
It's already been proven that Florida is not as good as Georgia.
