Leaders play a 9 game schedule and play everyone in their division. Losers slap fight amongst themselves waiting for basketball season, Egg Bowl, Easter, or whatever makes them happy.

only teams in the Leaders Division at the start of each season are eligible for the SEC title?

Would certainly make recruiting a lot more interesting if a traditional power moved down to the Losers Division for a year.
