I love the SEC rationale!
(1st) You can't compete, it will be twenty years until you can. Texas talent is soft. Spread won't work, big boy football, you will be lucky to go 6-6...
(2nd) Well, you beat them but you cant beat the first echelon talent. How many people beat Alabama at there place lately? LSU...anyone else.
(3rd) We're gonna kill that little QB of yours if he continues to run around like that...
(Now) Well, you have to show us fifteen years worth of success before we will accept you...
A&M is not interested in what the SEC thinks. We are only interested in breaking down your dynasties and replacing them with our own.
How many of the SEC teams now looking at hiring HCs are going to look at our model versus building a team to compete directly with Alabama or LSU?
Spreads coming fools. Only those teams that have access to elite top level defensive talent will compete.
