Image Hosting site....

Hmmm. My avi and sig is no longer from an approved hosting site.....and are now gone.????
Does this strike anyone as strange? I mean all the derogatory remarks, flaming and the like and they are worried about an approved hosting site for avitars and sigs, Signature approvals and the like?
Guess I'll just post naked....

Signature and avatar images must be hosted on an approved image hosting site. At this time, the following sites are approved: imageshack.us, photobucket.com, flickr.com and tinypic.com.

No.
Jafo you can just set up an account and upload pics. I would make an account that you only use for Message board/anonymous internet dealings. If you upload personal pics to an account you use on the random internet there are savvy people who can access all the pics in your account through a linked picture. Never link from your facebook account either.

This all just gives me a headache! 
But SoCal, Semo and kills all helped me with suggestions. I had the same experience with mods defrocking me.
I did create a free photobucket account and muddled through, figuring it out as I experimented. I saved pics to my laptop, then uploaded to photobucket. Pics can be resized there and then sent to message board for avi or sig pic. I also use photobucket for gif activity.
