If you are going young what do you think about :

Bob Diaco (DC at Notre Dame)

MAC incubators
Dave Doeren at Northern Illinois
Matt Campbell at Toledo (where Saban and Pinkle coached)
Darrell Hazell at Kent State (where Holtz, Saban, and Pinkle played)
Frank Solich (may be too old but former Nebraska guy has turned Ohio around)

I'm having to look some of these guys up, had not heard of a couple of them.

Dave Doeren - Took over a good program and has kept it there. DC at Wisconsin for 4 years. Sounds OK to me.
Matt Campbell - similar to Doeren, but no experience at a major college. I would likely pass.
Darrell Hazell - Kent State has gotten better in his tenure, deserves consideration. Coached under Tressel. Offensive guy.
Frank Solich - The Joe B. Hall of the football world, following a legend. Did well, but tailed off. Record at Ohio is 54-40 overall. The coach he replaced went 11-35. He's 68 though. Probably pass.
Bob Diaco - I like ND's defense this year, but I don't know anything more about him.

I don't think UK will hire a young coach, probably go with a caretaker type coach if I had to guess.
