We absolutely must beat Tennessee. I hope JF can get his mind right, no time to sulk in this league.

Laugh if you will about Shreveport again, but a bowl is important for the extra practice time alloted. Especially considering this teams QB issues.

Win Saturday and I'm confident we get to 6 wins. I believe my personal expectation of 7-5 was lost on Saturday. Time to move on.

Any bowl should be a treat after the year we have had.

I think we have a good chance. I think, Mizzou proved to the nation yesterday that they can compete. Florida, as much as the media wants us to believe they are down, are a top team. They are ranked #7 for a reason. I like our chances.

We need the bowl badly. It would help our perception of being competitive in the SEC if we went to a bowl our 1st year. The extra practice time is also a huge bonus.

God I feel like I'm bipolar this season. With as frustrated and disappointed as I am in certain play, I once again find myself thinking that we can win out the rest of the season IF IF IF IF IF Franklin can move the offense AND AND AND AND AND avoid turnovers. I'm not asking for 398 yards and 4 td's with 180 rushing and 2 td's. Just give me 270 with 1 or 2 td's and more importantly NO turnovers. If he can do that we can beat Tennessee. Even though A&M is much improved, we have familiarity with them. Franklin has been a part of a Mizzou team that has beaten them 2 years in a row at their place. This familiarity and past should give him and the team confidence in playing them instead of being wide eyed. Truthfully, I think the expectation from this team has to be that they should win out. May not happen, may not be likely, but as a fan I expect nothing less.
