It's hard to get any tokes at the Herbal Gerbil's apartment because JJ is always messing up the "Puff-Puff-Give" rotation. Always trying to keep it all for himself on the read option.

Mett could probably get a solid contact high though.

Though he probably gets that from all the Phish concerts he attends.
