Fulmer left the car on a cliff. Kiffin got in, spun the tires for a minute, made a lot of noise, then bailed kicking the car as he left. Dooley got in and floored the damn thing right off.
Just because Mike Hamilton made a football hire off of hair and pants style, doesn't change the fact that Fulmer was no longer competing with the top schools in the SEC. He should have been fired. He should not have been given an extension after lucking into the SEC championship. Just because the hire sucked, doesn't mean you should keep a stinker.

Don't disagree. Just saying that it can take longer than hoped to finally find the right guy and right the ship.

I think Kiffin drove it off and Dooley jumped in as it was plunging to the ground.
