I asked a question on help board, for which I received a response that ruled out my request. So that was a bummer in itself. To make matters worse, it cost me my avatar and sig pic, which took me forever and ever to load. The message in their place says they were too large, but they were accepted and they looked like most everyone else's ( actually smaller than many I see.)

Below should be pic of golden tiger with MIZZOU across top, but it is just going to show a blue box with ? Inside.

I'm too exhausted to think or do anymore with this tonight. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I will check back tomorrow.

You need to reduce TD file size. If you're using imageshack or photobucket you can do this there. It should offer you size options, or a way to reduce file size. No biggie you can do this!

Thanks, Semo

I have been going nuts...think I have them resized using Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

Still doing everything with one hand...broke left wrist 9 weeks ago and still pretty useless, even though cast has been off for 2 weeks. Swelling still severe, and fingers look like plump hot dogs.....(lots of PT yet to come) :

The Admins are fricking with you for being a douche (their thoughts...not mine). It's happened to me many times. All of the sudden my avi and sig pics are too large when they weren't an issue before. And each time it was because I was excessively trolling the board and being a douche.

Actually, your avi and sig pic probably are too large and the Admins were allowing you to get away with it until they discovered you trolling the board. Then they said, "Lock down his avi and sig pic. That'll frick with him."

And it worked.

Decrease the image size and refresh your profile.

Kills,

Very glad to have you back in form. Believe me, I wasn't trolling, but got busted just the same.

If you weren't trolling, then what could you have been busted for?

I don't believe you because I'm trolling like 99 percent of the time.

Kills what is the significance of the blue dot on the old mans nose?

Is there a story behind this miss sue kells?

And he is breathing fire I'm sure, but he also looks like he is eating pizza.

The admin must have determined my pics were too large when he read my question on help board.

Talk about trolls, that help board has some real devious ones masquerading as admins!

Bogie,

FYI...the Help Board should be titled the Troll Board. You'll never receive actual help there.

Mograyback,

The blue dot is covering Judge Valkenheiser's nose, which if shown on here I would be banished. He's not eating pizza...he's eating a sloppy chili dog. Ms. Sue Kells is one hellava lady. S(he) likes lipstick and dresses.

Why a blue dot and not a black, red, yellow, green, orange, or purple dot? I don't know. The Hog Lot made that sig pic for me. Not sure the significance of the blue dot other than what it's covering up.

I'm full of surprises. There are at least 10 good clues all within my avi pic.

Well, that sucks, Bogie. I'm sorry.

But, you don't need to mess with that program. Just create a free account at either ImageShack or PhotoBucket. In ImageShack, it will give you codes for different sizes. For example, if you want it full sized, or forum sizes, or for email. You shouldn't have to do a thing. Just copy and paste the code.

PhotoBucket does the same thing, just in a different way - it'll offer you a "resize" option. Neither of these would be a problem or your wrist, no more than posting would be. If you have problem, just post it in this thread and I (or someone else, I'm sure) will help you out. Good luck!

Semo, Thanks Again!

I will try your suggested free sites and keep at it. Maybe by tomorrow I will have my frock back.

By the way, it is ironic that you have come to my rescue, as you are inadvertently the reason I lost my pic and avi. I was asking help board if I could send PM to another member poster, which was you.

Kills, Kills, Kills,

Had to laugh. Yes, one hand can do many things!
As bad as my ordeal has been, TG, both my wrists didn't break. I would have asked for a medically induced three-month coma!
