I have yet to read a good argument as to how Spurrier is wrong and crossing a line. He doesn't like what a columnist has been writing and feels that he is being unfairly attacked. Whether he is right or wrong is irrelevant.

Just as the newspaper is free to write opinions and publish them, Spurrier is free to stop allowing that newspaper direct access to the program until the columnist is no longer employed at said newspaper. Freedom is a two way street.

Feeling like this is a dick move by Spurrier is legitimate but I don't see how the argument that Spurrier shouldn't be allowed to do what he is doing holds any water.

I agree that Spurrier is allowed to do what he is doing, but there is a difference in what a person should do, and what that person is allowed to do.

Spurrier is being an insecure dick. He shouldn't do that, but he's absolutely allowed to.
