Brad Wing - "Crocodile Puntee"
Odell Beckham Jr - "OBJ"
I wouldn't exactly say a handful of nicknames is an 'obsession' really - out of 80 some-odd players on the roster?
Past Ones:
Dalton Hilliard/Garry James - "The Dalton and James Gang", "LSU's Roaring 20's"
Carl Otis Trimble - "K-O Trimble"
Charles Alexander - "Alexander the Great"
Bert Jones - "Ruston Rifle"

OBJ - that's his initials. Can't really call that a nickname.
