Franklin is not throwing the ball well. He has always had problems with making good decisions in passing (see 3 picks vs kU last year). But now he seems tentative, weak and not in sync with his receivers. I'm sure a big part of that is the limited time he had to practice with them. DGB will be a big part of this team as the qb problems get worked out.
