This. While he is built like a manchild, he spent his HS career dominating mostly 5'9 slow white kids with little football skills. He's gone from that to playing against guys that will be drafted in the NFL in 6 months. It would be like a HS baseball player going straight to AAA his first year. Tough to do. I imagine the speed out there coupled with the size makes it real tough to get open. Add in the fact that he probably doesn't really know how to run crisp routes and a learning curve with the playbook and there you go.

However, with a qb with a better/more accurate arm and a little time to throw, I see no reason why you can't just let him loose every now and then and just throw it up there.

He's not getting the playbook. They're definately trying to work him into the gameplan.

I just hope they're not doing this to a fault.
