You just reminded me that I haven't had Avenue Pub in forever. Holy shite that place is good.

I had brunch there last weekend and that chicken biscuit and gravy was crazy good. The burger is still my favorite though. They also have my favorite happy hour in town. $3 craft pints and $5 small burger and fries.
