Let's see......... One inherits a team ranked in the Top 10 and loaded with 17 returning starters, and it only takes him 3 weeks into the season to tale his team out of the Top 25, get beat by ULM, and get blown away by Bama 52-0. No question this one will be fired at seasons end without winning anything of value for his team.

The other takes a loaded team ranked in the Top 20 and is in his 8th season coming off his 2nd SEC Championship, 3rd SEC West title, has his team currently ranked #2 in the country, has won 11+ games 5 times out of his 7 seasons, finished in the Top 5 4 times out of his 7 seasons, and has played for 2 National Titles winning one of them.

Yep, they are clearly just a coin flip apart.
