Player runs ball wrong way - gets tackled by other team still

Best part of that video is that he had players down (up?) field blocking for him

Yeah, they set up a nice wall to spring him. . .
It's even funnier that the entire other team was still trying to tackle him.

Even better if he runs to the endzone and tosses the ball down. Would the play still be live and possibly result in a touchdown for the other team?

Wouldn't it have been a fumble had the punt returner touched the ball? It looked like he almost did touch it.

It hit off the true returner so it was a live fumble.
