re: Attn Aggie fans: Any advice for first visit to College Station?

If you want to get a true feel for the school instead of just where to eat and drink I would recommend hitting:

1) Bonfire Memorial
2) Memorial Student Center
3) Whatever buildings are associated with your major of choice (especially if you are doing engineering or the sciences we have some great new buildings that have gone up in the past few years)
4) Bush Library if you have the time

If you walk the first 3 you will probably see most of the campus then you can catch a bus from the MSC to the Bush library or just drive over there yourself.
