re: Why is Saban known as such a great db coach?

i wont disagree but i think his greatest attribute is his ability to relay what is on his mind to coaches and players...not really talking about x's and o's but he has great ppl skills and has earned a lot of respect which in turn allows the players to trust him...i think he knows x's and o's or technique as well as anybody...but if you cant get that message out the correct way to coaches and players what does it matter
