It's a worry, but not a big one. The system will be very similar, but a change at coordinator should also raise some concerns. He's been an o-coordinator for a few years, although relatively inexperienced as a game-day play caller.
Not sure how you come to this conclusion. Most people are pretty high on his ability.

The new OC is licking his freakin chops. He's never, ever had the talent or experienced Oline like he has right now. I heard that the guy is in awe with the entire "Process" at Bama.
IMO, he can run the same stuff McElwain ran as long as he finds a way to produce more TD's when we drive down the field and get inside the 20. I hate bogging down and having to settle for so many FG's.
