I'm still in shock over the fact that no cops were on the scene. I've been down there on weekday nights and there is always a cop or two hanging around that fountain.

unbelievable, kinda creepy that guy can be so casual after something like that, that tells me he's probably ex-military or just maybe a cold son of a bitch...

Yeah but there's never been a need for them on the weekdays.
