State simply cannot get good college QB's. It was incredible how bad the blew it with 2 LA kids, etc in the 2010 class, settling on 5'10" D-III caliber D Favre, who is now at a JuCo. Now this kid, who is not big-time and could see he would not play there as soon as he saw the other guys, none of whom a big-time. They can never get their guy...always have to settle.

Dylan Favre scored twice on Bama, so that's twice as many times as LSU did...

Favre- he got two stars simply because of his name. They tried, in his second year, to let him run the wildcat a little, but not for on field reasons and you are right, he ran some. But, he is a D-III talent with a chance to go D-II, maybe in the Gulf South Conference, in 2013. I have stood behind him at camps in the summer of 2009, and there were many kids more impressive who are playing at small schools or not at all. he is a good kid, very personable, etc, just not a D-I guy. He may play some at the JuCo, the place was hand picked for him after a lot of lobbying.

MS State lost to Bama 24-7, but Favre had about 40 yds rushing and 120 passing as the number 3 QB on the season.

Incorrect. Favre scored against Arkansas and Tennessee-Martin.
