Like I said. For the first time in school history, WVU will be playing in a real conference.

Other than OU, the Big12-2 is a joke. WVU will be able to put up inflated win totals there as well but will get embarrassed in their bowl games against teams from legit conferences.

Kind of sad that WVU is going to the wrong conference at the wrong time.

Seems to me the Big 12 is already better than in 2011 and will most likely only get stronger.

Looks like the ACC may be history soon.

Clemson will almost certainly pair with Florida State as team 11 and 12 for the Big 12. Clemson has had talks with the Big 12 over a similar amount of time and when compared to FSU, Clemson and its leadership have done a much better job in navigating the challenges that are associated with a move as monumental as leaving a conference of which you are a charter member.
Georgia Tech is also talking with the Big 12. I stress that Georgia Tech is only having conversations. They are by no means in the same place that Clemson and FSU are regarding exiting the ACC. But the fact that Georgia Tech is even engaging in conversations is significant as they were unwilling to entertain any idea as recently as three weeks ago.
