You wouldn't want to live in what that would buy you over there. I started my career there 15 years ago and have made that kind of money. It ain't pretty and I'm speaking from experience.

Housing is a major issue over there. No new development for middle income families because it cost to much to take the land out of production. Companies in that area have a serious problem attracting outside talent because of housing and schools.

As the farmers go, daddy's new Z-71 and momma's new luxury SUV are on the farm account. Things hum along just fine for them until the bank says party's over.

Gov. subsidy payment issue is about to fire back up in Congress. That'll be critical for their way of like.

My wife taught at Clarendon Elem. for about 6 years. We know that place pretty well. Toss in Holly Grove too. That ones a real peach of a place!
