Had the bonfire scaled down and moved off campus after the tragedy or had it ended altogether? If it hadn't ended, will people miss all of that?

There hasn't been an official A&M campus bonfire since the 1999 collapse.

Bella, first off - your friend's boyfriend sounds like like a true idiot. First, he's rather stay in Lubbock that visit Austin? Hmmm. And second, a stuffed coyote in the living room? No. No way in hell.

I'll miss the Nebraska football and kU basketball rivalries. Oh, well. Those days were on the clock as soon as bevo got involved anyway.
That's pretty much it. In addition to Nebraska, the Iowa State fans were always very nice. To me, it seems like MSU may be somewhat like ISU. Always competitive in the sports they participate in but rarely on top, meh location, nice people, ag school, rural influences.

I'm looking forward to new rivalries and traditions, road trips and a camaraderie that didn't really exist in the big 12. I"m looking forward to something new. Heck, I'm even looking forward to Rocky Top, it's a huge improvement over Boomer Sooner!

I think our most natural rivalries will develop with Arkansas, Kentucky and Tennessee because we border those states. And I think we'll have a very cordial relationship with A&M since we joined at the same time, escaping the same BS situation.
