They are in the middle of nowhere and it is 6 to Dallas, and you can't really go any other direction. Maybe they are like 4 hours to Albuquerque, or maybe El Paso? It sounds terrible, I have never understood the appeal. I would make my kids go to community college before I would let them go to Texas Tech.

If it is as much like Georgia Southern as it sounds like, the appeal is an easy arse school that you can go dick around at for 5 or 6 years while doing a lot of drugs and having lots of unprotected sex with disease ridden gutter sluts.
