Maybe if we didn't have Paul Petrino as offensive coordinator.

But as long as Paul is here we can maintain the same offense. Therefore, any quality coach should be able to "fit" as a CEO type coach this year. Then begin hiring his own staff and implementing his philosophies the next year.
