Not sure that's true. Also, she didn't work FOR Dubose. She worked in the Ath Dept, but did not report to Dubose or anyone in Football Dept. She only sued once her name got out. She was pissed.
In summation - Dubose situation does not = Petrino situation. Petrino gave his mistress a job closer to him and, thus, was screwing a subordinate. Dubose saw someone he found attractive in the halls of the building and made a move.
