Are you guys talking about the Dorral girl? How has she been harmed? Her engagement was ended 2 weeks ago, a week before Petrino hired her?

Do you folks really think 'Petrino' could 'hire' this girl without it going through the HR channels? And do you really believe HR would fast track her through without going through the proper procedures or required length of job posting? I don't think Petrino has that kind of power. I'm not even sure that Petrino is the one who actually 'hired' her. I think that aspect of the situation will be found to be legal and of no issue.
