Maybe Auburn and UF aren't true toss ups, but I'd give us something like a 40-45% chance to win each....We could very well win as a few as 4 or as many as 8.

6-6 is my realistic goal, but winning 5 or winning 7 woudln't shock me.

As a previous poster said, it depends on coaching. We'll sink or swim based on having the right COACHES in place, no matter what conference we are in. No doubt the SEC is tougher, but the right staff can win in either conference given the resources that A&M has.

Isnt that kind of what a toss up is....50/50, 60/40??

We return a great RB with a great OL that will help carry a new QB (whoever wins the QB battle will be talented but very green). Best WR returns from last year as well.

Defense is going to take time to get it where we need to be. I think our secondary will be pretty salty but LB and DL are a big concern.

With that said, I am not as intimidated by a Muschamp led UF team breaking in a new QB the second week of the season at Kyle Field (probably at night too). We have a decent shot.
Also, I saw the way we played Arkansas last year. Up 18 at the half and ran all day long on them. Now we will have an even better OL and returning the same guy who racked up 230 yards and 3 TD on them at Kyle Field. I can see that game going either way.

I think we go 7-5 with SEC wins over OM, Mizzou, and either Pigs/Gators. Mike Sherman left Sumlin with a decent talent situation. The limiting factor will be how long it takes to adjust to a new coach and a new conference.
